Youth invited to Ephrata clinics

EPHRATA - The City of Ephrata is hosting a Lil Tiger Basketball Camp for students in kindergarten through eighth grade.

The clinics begin on Friday, Jan. 19, and run through Friday, Feb. 2. Boys and girls will meet on Saturday mornings to learn skills and play in organized games. Participants will be taught by Ephrata High School players and coaches, and will also have the chance to show off their skills at halftime of the Tigers' varsity games on Jan. 26.

The clinic for grades K-2 takes place at Grant Elementary School from 9-10:30 a.m., and grades 3-8 are at Ephrata High School from 9-10:30 a.m. The cost is $30 per player and includes a T-shirt. Official basketballs will be on sale for $10 each.
