I. NOTICE OF HEARING: You are notified that a DEPENDENCY Petition was filed with this Court in which it is alleged that : The above named child is dependent pursuant to RCW 13.34.030. A hearing will be held on JANUARY 15, 2008 at 1:30 p.m., at Grant County Superior Court, 35 C ST NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence on the petition. This petition begins a process, which, after the juvenile is found dependent, may result in permanent termination of the parent-child relationship. IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR, THE COURT MAY ENTER AN ORDER IN YOUR ABSENCE ESTABLISHING TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.

Lowe's HIW Inc., located at 1530 Faraday Ave. in Carlsbad, CA is seeking coverage under Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater General Permit.
The proposed 12.77 acre project, known as Lowe's of Moses Lake is located at the northeast corner of Yonezawa Blvd and Clover Rd in the City of Moses Lake.
This project involves 14.51 acres of soil disturbance for construction of a new 139,000 SF commercial building, 575 parking stalls, and grading to meet existing lots and roads. Roughly 30,000 cy of on-site material will be exported for site grading. Additional construction includes stormwater treatment facilities; storm, sewer, and water lines; catch basins; sidewalks; landscaping; driveways. The construction process will utilize temporary BMP's such as silt fence, stabilized construction entrances, haul roads, interceptor swales, and catch basin inlet protection. All Stormwater will be conveyed and infiltrated on site with the use of underground pipes, swales and drywells.
Any person desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology concerning this application may notify Ecology in writing within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Comments shall be submitted to the Department of Ecology. Any person interested in the Department's action on this application may notify the Department of their interest within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.

I.

V.
The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The sale will be made without warranty, express or implied regarding title, possession, or encumbrances on January 11, 2008. The default(s) referred to in paragraph III, together with any subsequent payments, late charges, advances costs and fees thereafter due, must be cured by 12/31/07 (11 days before the sale date), to cause a discontinuance of the sale. The sale will be discontinued and terminated if at any time before the close of the Trustee's business on 12/31/07 (11 days before the sale date), the default(s) as set forth in paragraph III, together with any subsequent payments, late charges, advances, costs and fees thereafter due, is/are cured and the Trustee's fees and costs are paid. The Trustee whose name and address are set forth below will provide in writing to anyone requesting it a statement of all foreclosure costs and trustee's fees due at any time prior to the sale.
VIII.
The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor of all their right, title and interest in the above-described property.
IX.
Anyone having any objection to the sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130. Failure to bring such a lawsuit may result in a waiver of any proper grounds for invalidating the Trustee's sale.
X.
NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OR TENANTS - The purchaser at the Trustee's Sale is entitled to possession of the property on the 20th day following the sale, as against the Grantor under the deed of trust (the owner) and anyone having an interest junior to the deed of trust, including occupants and tenants. After the 20th day following the sale the purchaser has the right to evict occupants and tenants by summary proceedings under the unlawful detainer act, Chapter 59.12 RCW.
