COLUMBIA BASIN - Columbia Basin Foundation Board Chair Thomas Sortomme recently presented a certificate of appreciation to Moses Lake attorney Brian Dano for his invaluable assistance and input while a member of the foundation's board of directors from 2003 to 2007.
