Moses Lake School District (MLSD) seeks construction management services for oversight and administration of a new 47,000 SF elementary school and other capital projects at the discretion of MLSD. Services are primarily construction administration and oversight of construction activities, acting as an agent of and advocate for MLSD.

Schedule: New elementary school construction is expected to commence in late April, 2008 and be complete by August, 2009. Other projects have yet-to-be-determined schedules, but may overlap construction of the elementary school.

MLSD seeks qualification statements from construction management firms or individuals with significant experience in commercial construction. To be considered for selection, prospective consultants or individuals are to provide three (3) copies of submittals containing: (a) Letter of Interest, (b) Relevant Experience, (c) Qualifications of Key Personnel (or individual), (d) Performance on Previous Projects (or past individual experience), (e) and Firm's Ability to Perform Requested Services (personnel and availability of firm or individual). The City of Othello, Washington (herein called the "Owner") invites bids for the construction of the Scooteny Street Sewer Project. The work includes installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 15-inch diameter PVC sewer pipe, 270 linear feet of 12-inch diameter PVC sewer pipe, 372 linear feet of 12-inch diameter carrier pipe in an existing casing, 215 linear feet of 16-inch diameter carrier pipe including 130 linear feet of new 24-inch diameter steel casing pipe, 100 linear feet of 36-inch diameter storm drain pipe, 7 manholes, asphalt surface restoration, demolition of an existing sewage lift station, additional alternate work including 310 linear feet of 12-inch diameter PVC sewer pipe, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.

Sealed bids for the described project will be received by the City of Othello at City Hall, 500 East Main, Othello, Washington, 99344, until 10:00 a.m., local time, March 19, 2008 and then publicly opened and read aloud.
