Notice is hereby given that a SEPA checklist received on January 28, 2008 from Taylor Orchards, LLC (Designated Contact: Max Gabbard Construction, 506 W. Chestnut St., Yakima, WA 98902, 509-457-5727), was found technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with Unified Development Code and other applicable state and local requirements as of February 19, 2008. PROJECT: Construction of a 45,164 sq. ft. controlled-atmosphere fruit storage facility on a 9.54-acre parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. SEPA: MDNS issued February 20, 2008. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 22233 Rd. T.7 SW, Mattawa, WA, also known as Lot 3 of Port of Mattawa Plat #1, and located approximately 2 miles NW of Mattawa, WA, near the intersection of State Highway 243 and Rd. 22.1 SW, and in the NW quarter of S. 27, T. 15N, R. 23E, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #03-1303-000). NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD March 12, 2008 at 3:00 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Zone Change application from Marilyn Meseberg (MarDon Resort) to change approx. 50-acres from Rural General Commercial, Public Open Space, and Agriculture to Recreational Development, in order to make zoning consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Land - Use Designation, and to enable future expansion of MarDon Resort. Request for Proposals for

Municipal Engineering Services

The City Of Othello, Washington is soliciting proposals from engineering firms interested in providing municipal civil engineering services to a full service city of about 6,500 persons. Service needs include preliminary and final design for infrastructure planning and development, including surveying bid documents and construction inspection.

Please send proposals to City Of Othello, 500 E. Main, Othello, WA 99344. Include description of firm's principal expertise, a list of recent projects of municipal type and a brief introductory letter explaining your interest in providing municipal engineering services to a small agricultural city. NOTICE

Moses Lake School District (MLSD) seeks construction management services for oversight and administration of a new 47,000 SF elementary school and other capital projects at the discretion of MLSD. Services are primarily construction administration and oversight of construction activities, acting as an agent of and advocate for MLSD.

Schedule: New elementary school construction is expected to commence in late April, 2008 and be complete by August, 2009. Other projects have yet-to-be-determined schedules, but may overlap construction of the elementary school.

MLSD seeks qualification statements from construction management firms or individuals with significant experience in commercial construction. To be considered for selection, prospective consultants or individuals are to provide three (3) copies of submittals containing: (a) Letter of Interest, (b) Relevant Experience, (c) Qualifications of Key Personnel (or individual), (d) Performance on Previous Projects (or past individual experience), (e) and Firm's Ability to Perform Requested Services (personnel and availability of firm or individual). Limit written responses to twenty (20) pages total. After review of submittals, MLSD will interview firms or individual candidates as it sees fit. Responses are due March 14, 2008, 4:00 p.m.
