The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of:

1. Thirty (30) days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or

2. Four (4) months after the date of first publication of the notice.

If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL, at the Police/Council Facility located at 401 S. Balsam at 7:00 p.m. on December 23, 2008 to consider the following:

1. A request by the City of Moses Lake for the annexation and zoning to Public of approximately .87 acres of property located at the intersection of Airway Drive and Valley Road.

2. A request from Harvey Ottmar for the annexation and zoning to C-2, General Commercial and Business, of approximately 5.6 acres located at the intersection of Road L NE and Wheeler Road.

Any person wishing to file for or against the above mentioned request may be heard at the above stated time and place.

An ordinance amending Ordinance 2420 and fixing the estimated amount to be received for municipal purposes from taxations on assessed valuations on property within the City of Moses Lake, Washington for 2009.

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which fixes the estimated amounts to be received from taxations on assessed valuation on property within the City of Moses Lake.

This ordinance, which was passed on December 9, 2008, took effect immediately.
