The legal description of the proposed area is as follows:

Begin at the intersection of Rd K NE and Montezuma Dr NE. Follow Rd K NE south to the intersection of Rd K NE and Rd 4 NE. Follow Rd 4 NE west to the end and continue west onto Kinder Rd NE to the intersection of Kinder Rd NE and Orchard Dr NE. Follow Orchard Dr NE northeasterly to the end where it meets with the southerly boundary of Lot 4 of Creek Front Estates. Follow the west boundary of Creek Front Estates north to its most northerly point (where it meets Crab Creek). Thence east to the intersection of Rd K NE and Montezuma Dr NE.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT BY GRANT COUNTY MOSQUITO CONTROL DISTRICT #1 BOARD OF TRUSTEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the hearing will be held before the Board of Trustees of the Grant County Mosquito Control District #1 concerning the classification and aseessment of property within said District and that the assessment indicating individual assessment amounts determined according to the benefits derived by property within the District from the operation of the District shall be in the posession of the Board of Trustees and on file at the Assessor's Office, Grant County Court House, Ephrata, Washington, and that such assessment may be inspected at any time after the 30th day of September, 2008, durng the hours of 8:00 a.m., and 5:00 p.m.

That a hearing on said assessment will be held before the Board of Trustees of the Grant County Mosquito Control District #1 at the Grant County Mosquito Control District #1 Office, located at 11905 Road 4NE, Parcel #16, Moses Lake, Washington, on the 8th day of September, 2008, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. and at such other places and times as the hearing may be continued to, at which time any person may appear before the Board of Trustees.
