NOTICE OF SCHOOL DISTRICT BUDGET HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Moses Lake School District #161 of Grant County, Washington will hold a Public Hearing on the budget for the 2008/2009 fiscal year at the regular board meeting on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the MLSD Board Room, 1318 W. Ivy Ave.
Any taxpayer may appear at the aforesaid meeting to be heard for or against any part of said budget. Copies of the proposed budget may be obtained from the Moses Lake School District Administration Office, 920 W. Ivy Ave.
Adoption of the budget for the 2008/2009 fiscal year will take place during the regular board meeting of August 28, 2008.

SMALL WORKS ROSTER
The Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District is preparing a small works roster of responsible contractors who request to submit bid quotations on contracted construction projects of less than one hundred thousand dollars to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
A new roster will be created October 1, 2008. The roster will be deleted and re-created every five (5) years.
Interested parties who submit a completed application will be placed on the District's small works roster and may request at any time to be deleted from the list.

Grant County Port District No. 8 (the "Port of Warden") will hold public hearing on August 18, 2008, at 12:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Port Office at the Warden City Hall, 201 South Ash, Warden Washington, to receive public testimony on the proposed revision to the Port of Warden Industrial Development District to remove the following described real property from the Industrial Development district to permit the eventual conveyance of said property as surplus to the Port of Warden's needs; to wit:

The City of Othello Planning Department has received a complete application from Hector Garza for a new fueling station located at 1925 S. Broadway.
The City of Othello has determined that an MDNS (mitigated determination of non-significance) be relevant after the comments from the SEPA checklist have been reviewed. The comment period closed on July 14, 2008 for all SEPA comments.
You have 14 days to appeal this decision of the MDNS. Please submit all appeals in writing by August 15th, 2008.

The sale will be made without warranty, express or implied regarding title, possession or encumbrances on August 15,2008. The defaults referred to in paragraph III must be cured by August 4, 2008 (11 days before the sale date), to cause a discontinuance of the sale.
