Lucio Cesar Serrano

Lucio Cesar Serrano, 16, lifelong Royal City resident, passed away Monday, April 21, 2008, at Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake.

Holy Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 23 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Royal City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 24 at the church with Father Jesus Ramirez and Deacon Frank "Paco" Martinez as celebrants. Interment will follow in Royal Memorial Gardens, Royal City. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake.
