Ann Noyes signs letter for Boise State

MOSES LAKE - Moses Lake Chiefs' track standout Ann Noyes signed a letter of intent with Boise State.

Noyes' partial track scholarship will have her competing in the Heptathlon, a combined sports event.

Noyes' decision was not an easy one, according to Moses Lake athletic department secretary Fran Christensen.

"Ann had a tough decision deciding between running track or playing basketball at the collegiate level," Christensen.

In addition to being a track stand- out, Noyes helped lead the Moses Lake Chiefs to a second-place finish at the state tournament this year.
