The personal representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided by RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court. The claim must be presented within the later of:
(1)Thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is no presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

MOSES LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Directors of Moses Lake School District located at 920 W. Ivy Ave., Moses Lake, Washington, for the construction of the Lion's Field - Phase III - Sitework, Concessions & Restroom Buildings. A Pre-Bid Walkthrough may be arranged with the owner.
Sealed base bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. on May 1, 2008, and must be marked "Sealed Bid - Lion's Field - Phase III - Sitework, Concessions & Restroom Buildings". Proposals received after this time will not be considered. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at 2:00 p.m. on May 1, 2008.
Contractors and subcontractors may obtain contract documents from Architects West, 210 E. Lakeside Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814, by depositing One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per set. Plan deposits will be returned to actual bidders upon return of all contract documents; PROVIDED HOWEVER, that said plans are returned in good, unmarked and unmutilated condition within ten (10) days after the time set for receiving bids. No other plan deposits will be refunded. In addition, a non-refundable handling fee of $10.00 per set is to be submitted by separate check. NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD HEARING FOR INITIATIVE 728
Board of Directors of Moses Lake School District #161 of Grant County, Washington will hold a public hearing on Initiative 728 at the regular board meeting on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the MLSD Board Room, 1318 W. Ivy Ave. Public comment may be taken during the hearing.
Initiative 728 was approved by the voters on the November 2, 2000 ballot. The funds from this initiative can be used for the following purposes:
- Reduce class sizes in grades K-4
- Make selected class size reductions in grades 5 - 12
- Provide extended learning for students in grades K- 12
- Provide additional professional development for edu- cators
- Provide early assistance for children who need pre- kindergarten support
- Provide improvements or additions to school facili- ties which are directly related to class size reductions and extended learning opportunities
