I. NOTICE OF HEARING: You are notified that a DEPENDENCY Petition was filed with this Court in which it is alleged that: The above named child is dependent pursuant to RCW 13.34.030. A hearing will be held on May 13, 2008 at 1:30 pm., at Grant County Superior Court, 35 C ST NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence on the petition. This petition begins a process, which, after the juvenile is found dependent, may result in permanent termination of the parent-child relationship. IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR, THE COURT MAY ENTER AN ORDER IN YOUR ABSENCE ESTABLISHING TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
II. SUMMONS/ORDER TO APPEAR: YOU ARE SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to appear at the hearing on the date, time and place indicated.
III. ADVICE OR RIGHTS: You have a right to talk to a lawyer and the Court will appoint one for you if you cannot afford it. Your lawyer can look at the social and legal files in your case, talk to the caseworker, tell you about the law, help you understand your rights, and help you at trial.

The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of:
1. Thirty (30) days after the Personal Representative
served or mailed the notice to the creditor as pro-
vided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or
2. Four (4) months after the date of first publication
of the notice.
If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that a Variance request was received on March 21, 2008 from Harry Borst, 3221 72nd St. "E", Tacoma, WA 98443-1205, 253-536-9559, and found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of April 10, 2008. PROJECT: Variance to the 5-foot side setback requirement for the construction of a single-family residential unit with the distances of 4' on both sides. SEPA exempt. LOCATION: The site address is 913 Boyer Ave., Lot 21, Blk 4; Sunland Estates, Division #1, S 2, T 18 N, R 22 E, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #05-0245-000. ZONING: Shoreline Development-4. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustment hearing, 7 pm, May 14, 2008 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
