A minor zone change request and Environmental Checklist (SEPA) from Avila Land LLC, to change the zoning from Agriculture to Rural Residential 1.. Notice of DNS and Building Permit

The City of Othello has issued a DNS and will be approving a building permit for the 75,000 ft expansion of ColStor Warehouse located at 185 E. Lee St. Also known as Lot 1 of the Colstor Plat #1 in Othello, WA 99344.

After review of the environmental checklist and other information on file, the City of Othello has determined this proposal will probably not have significant adverse impact on the environment.

A determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environment Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) was issued for this project. The public is invited to comment on this determination of non significant at a public hearing to be held on April 21, 2008 7:00 pm, at 500 E. Main Street, Othello, WA 99344
