Notice of DNS and Building Permit
The City of Othello has issued a DNS and will be approving a building permit for the 75,000 ft expansion of ColStor Warehouse located at 185 E. Lee St. Also known as Lot 1 of the Colstor Plat #1 in Othello, WA 99344.
After review of the environmental checklist and other information on file, the City of Othello has determined this proposal will probably not have significant adverse impact on the environment.
A determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environment Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) was issued for this project. The public is invited to comment on this determination of non significant at a public hearing to be held on April 21, 2008 7:00 pm, at 500 E. Main Street, Othello, WA 99344
