Lowell D. Hall
Lowell D. Hall was born July 31, 1935 in Wagner, South Dakota to Mae and Russell Hall. Lowell got his start working in the oil fields of Kansas at age 14. His work in the oil fields later took him across Wyoming. After settling in Riverton, Wyo. he married and started his family. He began his career as a milkman with Morning Star Dairy.
He always told people his children were fathered by the milkman! He relocated his family to Spokane Valley in 1964 and began delivering milk products for Dairygold Farms. In 1966 he purchased a 600-acre farm and moved his family to Deer Park. Farming was a dream he wanted to fulfill. In 1980 he sold the farm and purchased a storage business and began a career in real-estate and development. In 1988 he relocated to Moses Lake and purchased Grove Terrace Mobile Home Park which he operated for 20 years. In his retirement he again purchased a small farm outside of Quincy and was once more doing what he loved working the land. Lowell was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Mae Hall, brothers Homer and Warren Hall and sister Norma Kuca. He is survived by his longtime companion Becky Loomis, her daughters Jill and Liana Pearce. Children Beth Oiland, Russell Hall, Cheryl Johnson, and Connie LeLaCheur.
