Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development & Condition Use Permit) & SEPA Checklist were received on September 6, 2007 from Robert Baker (Designated Contact: CBMI/John Hermann, 3740 Thayer Rd NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-989-4318); and were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of September 18, 2007. PROJECT: The construction of an L-shaped dock structure, which will be comprised of the 4' x 50' freestanding walkway through approximately 45 feet of bull rush and cattail connecting to a 10' x 20' freestanding open water dock. SEPA: Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance issued September 18, 2007. LOCATION: The site address of the subject area is 3466 Wild Goose Rd., Moses Lake, also known as Lot #4, Block 1 of the Wild Goose Tracts Phase 2, located in a portion of the E1/2of the SW1/4 and government lots of 5 and 6, Section 17 and Government Lot 1, Section 20, all in Township 19 North, Range 28 East, WM. Grant County, WA. Parcel #12-1126-404. SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Suburban. ZONING: Urban Residential-3. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011, extension 624; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm October 24, 2007 to the Planning. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the SEPA MDNS and Shoreline Permits.
