Quincy irrigation district holding elections

Final petition deadline is Nov. 5

QUINCY - The Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District holds its annual election Dec. 11.

The election is held to elect directors for Director Divisions 3, 4 and 7, to serve a term of three years.

Final date for filing a petition of nomination is Nov. 5. Copies of the petition are available at the district office in Quincy.

Steve Morris presently serves as director in Division 3, which includes all of Range 25 and south to the Frenchman Hills.

Mike LaPlant presently serves as director in Division 4, which includes all of Range 26 and south to the Frenchman Hills.

Randy Allred presently serves as director in Division 7, which includes all of Royal Slope area west of Dodson Road, north to include Block 81 and the portion of Block 80 west of Dodson Road and south to the district boundary.
