Marina Sergeyevna Zuyeva

Marina Sergeyevna Zuyeva, 16, longtime Moses Lake resident, passed away Friday evening from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle accident near Moses Lake. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Church of Moses Lake with Petr Fendich officiating. Concluding services and interment will follow at Ephrata City Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel and Crematory, Moses Lake.

Marina was born Oct. 7, 1990, in Novobagdanovka, Ukraine, daughter of Sergey N. and Anna G. (Mochalova) Zuyev. At age three, she moved with her parents to the United States and they lived in Federal Way, Wash., for three years before moving to Moses Lake in 1990. Marina started kindergarten in Moses Lake, later attending Larson Elementary School, Chief Moses Junior High and Moses Lake High School. She was to begin "Running Start" classes at Big Bend Community College this week.

She had a very loving personality and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by a large and loving family that will miss her dearly.
