LAKEFRONT PROPERTY FOR SALE
The Board of Directors of the Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District determined at its public meeting held August 14, 2007 that two parcels of property owned by the District in Moses Lake with tax parcel identification numbers of 111190000 (1340 Marina Drive) and 111191000 (1334 Marina Drive) should be sold. The District's General Manager is authorized and directed to advertise the Lots for sale at $300,000 for both lots through a sealed bid process. Information packets on the Parcels may be obtained at the District office. All bids should be placed in an envelope marked "Sealed Bid", placed in an outside envelope and delivered to the District office at 932 E. Wheeler Road, Moses Lake WA by the close of business on September 20, 2007. All bids will be opened at 12:00 p.m. (noon) September 24, 2007. The District reserves the right to extend the time for receiving and opening bids, reject any nonconforming bids, or reject bids failing to meet a minimum bid price.
