To last six months
MOSES LAKE - Moses Lake Police officers are expected to be directing traffic at the intersection of Road N Southeast and Wheeler Road for the next six months.
Moses Lake Police Capt. Jim Jenkins said police are helping with the traffic flow to prevent congestion due to the expansion construction of the REC Solar Grade Silicon facility near the intersection.
Officers are at the intersection from 6 a.m. to approximately 6:45 a.m. and again from 5 p.m. to approximately 5:45 p.m., Moses Lake Police Department Capt. Dave Ruffin stated.
"(Police) caution motorists to be careful while traveling in this area and asks drivers to try and reduce their vehicle speeds prior to arriving at the intersection," Ruffin stated.
