The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Persons having a claim against the deceased must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below, a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); OR (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

PAXSON PLAT WATER MAIN PROJECT 2007

Moses Lake, Washington

Sealed bids will be received at City Hall, 321 South Balsam, (P.O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until November 6, 2007, 2:00p.m., for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with "PAXSON PLAT WATER MAIN PROJECT 2007" marked plainly thereon.

All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of postal money order, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and/or to furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City.

Copies of plans and specifications are on file at various construction councils and at City Hall and may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $37.77 at the above address. Only bids from those who have purchased plans and specifications will be accepted per the special provisions.

Notice of Application and SEPA Determination

Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist was received on September 17, 2007 from Sandcastle Estates LLC (Designated Contact: Paul Bernsen; PO Box 777 Moses Lake, WA 98837); and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of October 1, 2007. PROJECT: The applicant proposes to construct a french drain for the purposes of intercepting emergent ground water that is believed to come from a community drainfield upslope of the project site. SEPA: MDNS was issued on October 19, 2007. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject property is located west of Viewmont Drive, contiguous to Sandcastle Estates 1 , and is in a portion of Section 3 and 4, Township 18 N, Range 28 E, Willamette Meridian, Grant County, Washington. (Parcel #17-0070-002; 17-0075-003) PUBLIC HEARING: None.
