William N. Roach "Bill," beloved brother of Mary Hartley, passed into the gates of heaven Oct. 12, 2007. Bill was the owner of "Roach's Place," a cheers bar and grill in Bellevue. A celebration of his life will be at his bar, Roach's Place, in Bellevue Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007. He will be sadly missed by all his family.
