I. NOTICE OF HEARING: You are notified that a TERMINATION Petition was filed with this Court in which it is alleged that: The above named child is dependent pursuant to RCW 13.34.030. A hearing will be held on NOVEMBER 13, 2007 at 1:30 p.m., at Grant County Superior Court, 35 C ST NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence on the petition. This petition beings a process, which, after the juvenile is found dependent, may result in permanent termination of the parent-child relationship. IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR, THE COURT MAY ENTER AN ORDER IN YOUR ABSENCE ESTABLISHING TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.

Colville National Forest has applied for a State Waste Discharge (SWD) permit in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 90.48 Revised Code of Washington (RCW), Chapter 173-220 Washington Administrative Code (WAC), and the Federal Clean Water Act.

Colville National Forest presently owns or operates a training center. The wastewater, following treatment, must meet the requirements of the Washington State Water Pollution Control Act and applicable regulations for a permit to be issued.

The Department of Ecology is proposing to renew the permit and is hereby issuing public notice of its intent. Interested persons are invited to submit their name, address, and comments regarding this permit to:

Notice of SEPA Appeal and Public Hearing

Pheasant Point #1 Short Plat - Smart Homes, Inc. is proposing to subdivide 1.71 acres of land into 4 residential lots in the R-3, Multi-family Zone. The site is located west of the Marina Shores planned development at 1300 Marina Drive, on the east 5 acres of Government Lot 4 in S21-T19N-R28E. A Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) was issued for the project on Sept. 26, 2007. An appeal of the MDNS has been filed with the Community Development Department.

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on both the SEPA Appeal and the Shoreline Permit application on Nov. 15, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street. Interested parties are invited to attend and provide comment. Information related to this application is available for review at no charge at 321 S. Balsam Street. V.

The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The sale will be made without warranty, express or implied regarding title, possession, or encumbrances on 11/16/2007. The default(s) referred to in paragraph III, together with any subsequent payments, late charges, advances costs and fees thereafter due, must be cured by 11/05/2007 (11 days before the sale date), to cause a discontinuance of the sale. VII.

The Trustee whose name and address are set forth below will provide in writing to anyone requesting it a statement of all foreclosure costs and trustee's fees due at any time prior to the sale.

VIII.

The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor of all their right, title and interest in the above-described property.

IX.

Anyone having any objection to the sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130. Failure to bring such a lawsuit may result in a waiver of any proper grounds for invalidating the Trustee's sale.

X.

NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OR TENANTS - The purchaser at the Trustee's Sale is entitled to possession of the property on the 20th day following the sale, as against the grantor under the deed of trust (the owner) and anyone having an interest junior to the deed of trust, including occupants and tenants. After the 20th day following the sale the purchaser has the right to evict occupants and tenants by summary proceedings under the unlawful detainer act, Chapter 59.12 RCW.
