Robert C. 'Bob', 'Uncle Buddy' Willey

| October 3, 2007 9:00 PM

Uncle Buddy passed quietly from this life, Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007, at his home in Florence, Ore. Buddy was the third child born to Robert R. and Estella M. Willey on July 23, 1957, in Whitefish, Mont.

The family moved to Moses Lake in the early 1960s, where Buddy attended school as a member of the class of 1975. While his health would not allow him to accomplish great physical feats, he was blessed with wit and charm that anyone who knew him will never forget. The jobs he held do not matter, the smiles he caused are his legacy.

His companionship will be deeply missed by his mother, Estella Willey and brother Mark Willey at home in Florence, Ore.; his dear sister Laura Willey and best friend and nephew Charlie Peck at his second home in Eugene, Ore.; his little sis Nan Davis and her sons Steven and Bo (Vawn, Jr.) of Moses Lake.

He is also survived by his nieces, Mark's girls: Mindy and her son Dillon, Lynette and Charlie and their son Evan, Heather and her daughter Kaden all of San Antonio, Texas; and Megan and Blaine of Portland, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins, all of whom would have a humorous Uncle Buddy stories to tell.

He was preceded in death by his father Robert in 2005.

At his request, no services will be held.
