NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD October 16, 2007 at 9:30 am in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Binding Site Plan for the Desert Aire Shopping Center. The purpose is to amend the original subdivision and implement the requirements of Site Plan Review including the requirements for landscaping, parking, drainage, and wastewater treatment. Also being proposed are zero setbacks from property lines and a one hundred percent lot coverage for all building lots. Property is located at the intersection of Desert Aire Drive and State Highway 243; and is in a portion of S 23 and 26, T 14 N, R 23 E, W M. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
