Ray H. Wagner, 85, longtime Moses Lake resident, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007, at Central Washington Hospital. Full military honors will be presented at 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at Arlington National Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake.
