Dean and Monique Campbell have submitted the Campbell Plat No. 2 Major Plat application on November 2, 2007. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on November 15, 2007. The proposal is to subdivide 39.54 acres into 3 commercial lots in the C-2, General Commercial Zone. The site is located west of Clover Drive, ~580' north of Yonezawa Blvd, and ~670' south of Pioneer Way. A SEPA checklist has been required. The project has been determined to be Consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following Development Regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code Title 18 Zoning, Title 14 Environmental Regulations, Title 17 Subdivisions, and Title 20 Development Review Process.

Written comments on this proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on December 3, 2007. Public comment may be provided up to the date of the public hearing which is scheduled for January 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street. Persons who want to be informed of future actions or the final decision on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner.
