Dean and Monique Campbell have submitted the Campbell Plat No. 2 Major Plat application on November 2, 2007. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on November 15, 2007. The proposal is to subdivide 39.54 acres into 3 commercial lots in the C-2, General Commercial Zone. The site is located west of Clover Drive, ~580' north of Yonezawa Blvd, and ~670' south of Pioneer Way. A SEPA checklist has been required. The project has been determined to be Consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following Development Regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code Title 18 Zoning, Title 14 Environmental Regulations, Title 17 Subdivisions, and Title 20 Development Review Process.

Written comments on this proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on December 3, 2007. Public comment may be provided up to the date of the public hearing which is scheduled for January 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street.
