Sean Patrick Heldt

Sean Patrick Heldt, age 24, of Ephrata died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007, in Spokane. Sean was bom Dec. 17, 1982, in Moses Lake to James Andrew and Joline Marie (Kaiser) Heldt.

Sean attended local schools and worked for Katana Industries in Ephrata in Quality Control. Sean will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, camping, hiking, and playing basketball, his "sport of choice," hanging with his friends and love of helping others. Most of all, his son, Jon was most important above anything else in his life. Sean was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 7th Ward.

Sean is survived by his son, Jon Austin Heldt, of Moses Lake; his mother Joline M. Heldt, Ephrata; father Jim A. Heldt, Auburn, Wash.; sister Lacy Heldt, Federal Way, Wash.; brother Dan Heldt, Moses Lake, grandparents Jim and Mary Heldt of Auburn, Wash., great-grandfather Paul Eckard of Sequim, Wash.; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

Sean was preceded in death by his grandparents Delvin and Janice Kaiser, great-grandmothers Meridy Eckard and Gladys Brown.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Nov. 19, 2007, at 11 a.m., in the Ephrata Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1301 Division Ave., E., Ephrata. Burial will immediately follow in the Ephrata Cemetery.
