All Lit Up

A Qwest utility worker hangs a wreath on Third Avenue in Moses Lake Friday morning. The Moses Lake Business Association, Moses Lake Christian Academy and Job Corps students hung wreaths, banners and lights along Broadway Avenue and Third Avenue including all the connecting streets.
