Horizon Bank?

Horizon Credit Union employees Jeff Heimark and Anne Tebow get in the Halloween spirit Wednesday afternoon. Both credit union locations in Moses Lake were decorated for the holiday, the location in Safeway like the Old West, and the location on Stratford Road like a construction zone.
