Georgia Ann (Kay) Shines, age 63, of Moses Lake, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 9, 2007. She was born Dec. 20, 1943, in Driggs, Idaho to Ivan and Laura Kay. On Sept. 11, 1976, she married William M. Shines Sr. of Moses Lake.
