Notice of Application and Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that an application for a Minor Rezone was received on March 19, 2007 from Kenneth Wentworth (Designated Contact: Larry Angell, Columbia NW Engineering, 321 S. Beech St., Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-766-1226); and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of April 30, 2007. PROJECT: A minor rezone of a 4.69-acre parcel from Rural Residential 1 (RR1) to Urban Residential 2(UR2). SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is located immediately west of County Road F NE, 1258 Road F NE, Moses Lake, WA and is a portion of the southeast quarter of Section 25, Township 19 N., Range 27 E., W.M., Grant County, WA. (parcel #16-1545-014) ZONING: Rural Residential 1. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Planning Commission hearing, 7 pm, June 6, 2007 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
