NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD April 24, 2007 at 9:30 am in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Preliminary Subdivision application from Daniel Roberts to subdivide a 38.6-acre parcel to create five lots in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District of Grant County. The parcel is located about seven miles southeast of Ephrata, WA near the intersection of State Highway #17 and Neppel Road, and in the NW quarter of S 9, T 29 N, R 27 E, W M (parcel no. 16-1633-005). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
