An ordinance amending Chapter 13.12 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Water and Sewer Rates"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which increases the water and sewer rates.

This ordinance, which was passed on March 27, 2007 will be in force five days after publication.
