An ordinance deleting Chapter 17.26 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Binding Site Plan" and creating Chapter17.25 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Binding Site Plan" and creating Chapter 17.25 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Binding Site Plan"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which deletes Chapter 17.26 and creates Chapter 17.25 to establish regulations for binding site plans.

This ordinance, which was passed on March 27, 2007 will be in force five days after publication.
