The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which rezones various parcels of property in Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M. to R-1, Single Family Residential and C-2, General Commercial and Business, to correspond with the land use designations in the Comprehensive Plan (Kunze Farms).

This ordinance, which was passed on March 27, 2007 will be in force five days after publication.
