PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL, at the Police/Council Facility located at 401 S. Balsam at 7:00 p.m. on April 10, 2007 to consider the following:

The annexation and zoning to R-1, Single Family Residential, of approximately 10 acres of property located south of Nelson Road and east of the Hayden Campus Major Plats.

Any person wishing to file for or against the above mentioned request may be heard at the above stated time and place.
