A hearing will be held on APRIL 10, 2007 at 1:30 pm., at Grant County Superior Court, 35 C ST NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence on the petition. This petition begins a process, which, if the juvenile is found dependent, may result in permanent termination of the parent-child relationship. IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR, THE COURT MAY ENTER AN ORDER IN YOUR ABSENCE ESTABLISHING TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.

Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID for Herbicide Materials 2007, will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, March 20, 2007 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.
This contract provides for furnishing and delivering herbicide materials in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID FOR Crescent Bar Rd. NW, CRP 06-03, will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, April 3, 2007 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Grant County.
Maps, plans, and specifications may be purchased from the office of the County Engineer, 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA 98823, upon payment of the amount of $25.00 (non-refundable).
Informational copies of the maps, plans, and specifications are on file for inspection at the Grant County Public Works Building, 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA 98823, and in various plan centers located in Washington.

Western Polymer has applied for a State Waste Discharge permit modification in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 90.48 Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and Chapter 173-216 Washington Administrative Code (WAC).
Western Polymer Corporation presently owns or operates a process wastewater treatment facility which is designed to handle an average and maximum daily flow of 97,000 and 132,500 gallons per day, respectively. Following pretreatment, the wastewater is land applied onto 330 acres during the growing season and stored during the nongrowing season in a lined impoundment.
Western Polymer has requested that the discharge permit be modified to reduce the permitted flows from the processing facility to an average and maximum daily flow of 30,000 and 50,000 gallons per day.
The Department of Ecology is proposing to modify the permit and is hereby issuing public notice of its intent. Interested persons are invited to submit their name, address, and comments regarding this permit to:
