Notice is Hereby Given, that the Grant County Planning Department has received and found the following land use application to be technically complete as of February 19, 2007 and ready for processing, public review and comment.
A Rezone request from Mr. Vic Didra, George, Wa., changing the zoning from Rural Remote to Agriculture Resource (Irrigated) to reflect the change in Comprehensive Plan land use designation as a result of the 2006 amendment process. The subject proposal is located in a portion of North half of Section 14, Township 18N., Range 23 E.W.M., in Farm Unit 109, Block 77, Columbia Basin Irrigation Project, containing approximately 279.5 acres approximately 2 miles southwest of the Town of George at the intersection of North Frontage Road and County Road S S.W. North of Interstate 90. Parcel #20-1615-000, 15-0411-001, 20-1615-002, and 15-0401-000.

They plan to pump, screen, land apply and soil incorporate septage, or treat and land apply septage to be used to grow feed crops. The location of the property is at 19517 Rd. 2 S.W., George Wa. in a portion of Section 14, Township 18 N., Range23 E.W.M. Grant County, Wa.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project shall consist of up to 9 separate contracts for the disassembling, transporting and reassembling a three (3) section factory built commercial building from 1001 Grape Drive, Moses Lake to 402 South Balsam Street, Moses Lake. The project will also include the on-site utility construction, foundation construction, interior and exterior remodeling and painting of the structure, building electrical, cabinetry, plumbing, telecommunications, and an option for installing a new roof.
Contractor shall be required to work cooperatively with several other contractors at the same site and same time, as directed by the City.
Estimated Project Cost including Option 1: $70,000.00
