NOTICE TO PESTICIDE SUPPLIERS

Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID for Herbicide Materials 2007, will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, March 20, 2007 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.

This contract provides for furnishing and delivering herbicide materials in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Specifications may be obtained from the office of the County Engineer, 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA 98823, at no charge.

The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

MATERIAL LEASE CHANGES

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of Irrigated Cash Lease No. 12-C60282 leased to Ceres Ag, Inc. and described as All of 36, Section 16, Township 16 North, Range 30 East, W,M., Adams County containing 640 acres. The specific changes being made are: lengthen the lease term from 10 years to 18 years, adjust the annual cash rent, and provide for the construction of improvements for the irrigation distribution system. Comments may be addressed to DNR Southeast Region Office, 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or by calling (509) 925-8510. Comments must be received by March 22, 2007.
