If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051(b) and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and non-probate assets.

NOTICE OF DNS & DECISION

On June 18, 2007 The Othello Planning Commission approved the expansion of the Washington State Migrant Council facility located at 750 N. 7th Avenue, to accommodate up to 300 children, with specific conditions.
