which is subject to that certain Deed of Trust dated 04/06/04, recorded on 04/13/04, under Auditor's File No. 1146649, records of Grant County, Washington, from Derik E Kaiser and Lindee L Kaiser, Husband and Wife, as Grantor, to Security Title Guaranty, Inc., as Trustee, to secure an obligation in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for Major Mortgage, A Wyoming Corporation, as Beneficiary, the beneficial interest in which was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to CitiMortgage, Inc., under an Assignment/Successive Assignments recorded under Auditor's File No. 1210659.

II.

No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligation in any Court by reason of the Grantor's or Borrower's default on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust.

The Beneficiary alleges default of the Deed of Trust for failure to pay the following amounts now in arrears and/or other defaults:

The sum owing on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust is: Principal Balance of $136,510.71, together with interest as provided in the note or other instrument secured from 10/01/06, and such other costs and fees as are due under the Note or other instrument secured, and as are provided by statute.

V.

The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The sale will be made without warranty, express or implied regarding title, possession, or encumbrances on June 29, 2007. The default(s) referred to in paragraph III, together with any subsequent payments, late charges, advances costs and fees thereafter due, must be cured by 06/18/07 (11 days before the sale date), to cause a discontinuance of the sale. The sale will be discontinued and terminated if at any time before the close of the Trustee's business on 06/18/07 (11 days before the sale date), the default(s) as set forth in paragraph III, together with any subsequent payments, late charges, advances, costs and fees thereafter due, is/are cured and the Trustee's fees and costs are paid. The sale may be terminated any time after 06/18/07 (11 days before the sale date), and before the sale by the Borrower, Grantor, any Guarantor or the holder of any recorded junior lien or encumbrance paying the entire balance of principal and interest secured by the Deed of Trust, plus costs, fees, and advances, if any made pursuant to the terms of the obligation and/or Deed of Trust.

VII.

The Trustee whose name and address are set forth below will provide in writing to anyone requesting it a statement of all foreclosure costs and trustee's fees due at any time prior to the sale.

VIII.

The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor of all their right, title and interest in the above-described property.

IX.

Anyone having any objection to the sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130. Failure to bring such a lawsuit may result in a waiver of any proper grounds for invalidating the Trustee's sale.

X.

NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OR TENANTS - The purchaser at the Trustee's Sale is entitled to possession of the property on the 20th day following the sale, as against the Grantor under the deed of trust (the owner) and anyone having an interest junior to the deed of trust, including occupants and tenants. After the 20th day following the sale the purchaser has the right to evict occupants and tenants by summary proceedings under the unlawful detainer act, Chapter 59.12 RCW.

Notice is hereby given that a request for a Variance was received on June 8, 2007 from Guardian Fiberglass, Inc. 1000 E. North Street, Albion, MI 49224 (Designated Contact Person: Gary W. Cook, Guardian Industries, Corp. Project Director, 2300 Harmon Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (248-340-1800); and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of June 18, 2007. PROJECT: The applicant is seeking a Variance to GCC 23.12.070 (h), 35' height restriction for structures in the Urban Heavy Industrial zone of Grant County. The applicant desires relief from the height restriction for buildings identified as a 10,483 sq. ft. batch house and a 72,388 sq. ft. hot end building.
