Notice is hereby given that a request for a Variance received from Clay Johnson (Designated Contact: Philip Bloom, 321 S Beech St., Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-166-1226); which was tabled at the July 12, 2006 Board of Adjustment Hearing, has been taken off the table and scheduled for a second open record public hearing on July 11, 2007. The application was found to be technically complete as of June 15, 2006 PROJECT: A variance to GCC S 22.04.320(h)(7) requesting to reduce the minimum road frontage requirement of 50' for new lots. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Short plat. STUDIES REQUIRED: Wetland Delineation. Call for Bid

The Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District, Post Office Box 188, 1720 South Central Avenue, Quincy, Washington 98848, is advertising for the reroofing of approximately 3,871 square feet of roof on the Adco Shop and Warehouse roof. The Adco Section office is located approximately 6 miles north of Soap Lake, Washington. Specifications can be obtained from the Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District Office. All sealed bids must be marked "Bid on ADCO Section Roofs 2007" on the envelope and returned by 1:00 P.M., July 2, 2007 when they will be opened and read publicly.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or to exercise any other right or action provided by statute.
