I. NOTICE OF HEARING: You are notified that a DEPENDENCY Petition was filed with this Court in which it is alleged that: The above named child is dependent pursuant to RCW 13.34.030. A hearing will be held on JUNE 26, 2007 at 1:30 pm., at Grant County Superior Court, 35 C ST NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence on the petition. This petition begins a process, which, after the juvenile is found dependent, may result in permanent termination of the parent-child relationship. IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR, THE COURT MAY ENTER AN ORDER IN YOUR ABSENCE ESTABLISHING TERMINATION OR YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.

Request for Proposals
The Quincy Columbia Basin Irrigation District is requesting proposals from vendors to supply financial suite software. The software should utilize a client/server configuration, able to be deployed on a Progress database engine and should include the following: GL, AP, ACH payment capability, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll, with remote time card entry capability, Human Resources, Budgeting, Financial Reporting that is GASB 34 compliant, Project/Grant management, Fixed Assets, Inventory, electronic document attachment and cataloging capability and electronic report archival capability. The software should also be modifiable to allow for possible future replacement of the District's irrigation water system software. The proposals shall be evaluated on the ability to meet the District's needs and price. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and request new proposals.
Written submissions will be received at the main office of the Quincy Columbia Basin Irrigation District, P.O. Box 188, Quincy, WA 98848 until 4:30 p.m. on June 25, 2007.

The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The sale will be made without warranty, express or implied regarding title, possession, or encumbrances on July 13, 2007. The default(s) referred to in paragraph III, together with any subsequent payments, late charges, advances costs and fees thereafter due, must be cured by 07/02/07 (11 days before the sale date), to cause a discontinuance of the sale. IX.
Anyone having any objection to the sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130. Failure to bring such a lawsuit may result in a waiver of any proper grounds for invalidating the Trustee's sale.
X.
NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OR TENANTS - The purchaser at the Trustee's Sale is entitled to possession of the property on the 20th day following the sale, as against the Grantor under the deed of trust (the owner) and anyone having an interest junior to the deed of trust, including occupants and tenants. After the 20th day following the sale the purchaser has the right to evict occupants and tenants by summary proceedings under the unlawful detainer act, Chapter 59.12 RCW.
