The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Persons having a claim against the deceased must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below, a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); OR (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

In accordance with RCW 39.80, the Port of Moses Lake is requesting qualifications from engineering and consulting firms for the preparation of plans and specifications, and providing project supervision and coordination, for the yet-to-be determined Airport construction projects that are currently under consideration at the Grant County International Airport, Moses Lake, Washington.

Projects under consideration may include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Rehabilitation of existing Runways and Taxiways;

2. Construction of new Taxiways;

3. Rehabilitation of existing Apron area; and

4. Other projects as determined by the Airport Management.

The term for professional services will commence 1/1/08 through 12/31/10, with an option to extend for the period 1/1/11-12/31/12.
