Alice L. Milholland

Former Moses Lake resident Alice L. Milholland, age 92, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2007. She lived in East Wenatchee since 1999.

Alice is survived by three sons, David Milholland of Portland, Ore., Douglas Milholland of Port Townsend, Phillip Milholland of Boise, Idaho, one daughter, Lois Davies of Orondo, Wash., three sisters, Jeanette Thompson, Minneapolis, Minn., Helen Fjerstad of Stockton, Calif., and Leona Campbell of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.

Alice taught at Lakeview, Ore., and was a professor at Big Bend Community College, retiring in the late 1970s.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 4 at 10 a.m. at Big Bend Community College in the Advanced Technology Education Center, building 1800 at 7611 Bowling St. N.E., Moses Lake.

A memorial gathering will follow at the Orondo Community Church at 2:30 p.m. A private inurnment will be at the Orondo Cemetery under the direction of Telford's Chapel of the Valley.
