1. The petitioner has started an action in the above court requesting that your marriage be dissolved.

2. You must respond to this summons and petition by serving a copy of your written response on the per- son signing this summons and by filing the original with the clerk of the court. If you do not serve your written response within 20 days (or 60 days if you are served outside the State of Washington) after the date this summons was served on you, exclusive of the day of service, the court may enter an order of default against you, and the court may, without fur- there notice to you, enter a decree and approve or provide for the relief requested in the petition. In the case of a dissolution of marriage, the court will not enter the final decree until at least 90 days after file- ing and service. If you serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned person, you are entitled to notice before an order of default or a decree may be entered.

3. Your written response to the summons and petition must be on form WPF DR 01.0300, Response to Petition (Domestic Relations). 4. If this action has not been filed with the court, you may demand that the petitioner file this action with the court. NOTICE OF STATE'S INTENT TO NEGOTIATE LEASES

Department of Natural Resources will begin negotiation of expiring leases with existing lessees on the following parcels. All leases are subject to third party bids by interested parties. Each request to lease must contain a certified check or money order payable to the Department of Natural Resources for the amount of any bonus bid, plus a $100 deposit. The envelope must be marked "Sealed Bid" and give the lease number, expiration date of lease applied for, and give the applicant's name. The applicant must be prepared to purchase any improvements that belong to the current lessee. NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID FOR Bridge #425 - Crescent Bar Rd. NW, CRP 05-03, will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, August 7, 2007 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Grant County.

Maps, plans, and specifications may be purchased from the office of the County Engineer, 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA 98823, upon payment of the amount of $25.00 (non-refundable).
