Notice of Application and Public Hearing

Bruce Crawford submitted the Pelican Way I and II Major Plat applications on July 10, 2007. The application was determined to be substantially complete and ready for review on July 17, 2007. The proposal is to subdivide 14 acres into 56 residential lots in the R-1, Single Family Zone. The site is located at the northwest intersection of Battery Road and Wapato Drive. A traffic memo and SEPA checklist were required. The project had been determined to be Consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following Development Regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code Title 18 Zoning, Title 14 Environmental Regulations, Title 17 Subdivisions, and Title 20 Development Review Process.

Written comments on this proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on August 8, 2007.
