1. The petitioner has started an action in the above court requesting that your marriage be dissolved.

2. You must respond to this summons and petition by serving a copy of your written response on the per- son signing this summons and by filing the original with the clerk of the court. If you do not serve your written response within 20 days (or 60 days if you are served outside the State of Washington) after the date this summons was served on you, exclusive of the day of service, the court may enter an order of default against you, and the court may, without fur- there notice to you, enter a decree and approve or provide for the relief requested in the petition. In the case of a dissolution of marriage, the court will not enter the final decree until at least 90 days after file- ing and service. If you serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned person, you are entitled to notice before an order of default or a decree may be entered.
3. Your written response to the summons and petition must be on form WPF DR 01.0300, Response to Petition (Domestic Relations). MOSES LAKE IRRIGATION AND
REHABILITATION DISTRICT
PURSUANT TO RCW 87.03.55
The Petitioners CLAYTON R. SNYDER and DOROTHY C. SNYDER filed a Petition for Addition of Land to Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District pursuant to RCW 87.03.560, dated June 12, 2007.
The Petitioners seek to add certain property owned by the Petitioner to the existing boundary for the Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District ("District"). Petitioner's property to be included in the District boundary is described as follows:
Parcel #161682045; The West half of Section 27, Township 20 North, Range 27 E.W.M., Grant County Washington.
All persons interested in matters related to the Petition, or that may be affected by such change of the boundaries of the district, shall appear at the offices of the Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District, 932 E. Wheeler Road, Moses Lake, Washington, at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th day of August, 2007, and show cause in writing why the change in boundaries of the Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District, to include the above described property, as stated in the Petition, should not be made.
Failure to attend the above described hearing and show cause, in writing, any objections to the additions of said property shall be deemed an assent to the proposed addition.

Sealed bids will be received by Grant County at the County Court House, Commissioners Board Room, 35 "C" Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, until 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 8, 2007, for the construction of Buildings 16 and 17 Improvements at Grant County Fairgrounds, Moses Lake.
Bids received after this time will not be considered.
SCOPE OF WORK
Additions of 3,744 sq. ft. and alterations to existing buildings including: selective demolition, earthwork, irrigation and lawn, concrete, slabs, wood framing, wood trusses, composite wood joists, plywood sheathing, insulation, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrance systems, overhead doors, gypsum wallboard, suspended acoustical ceilings, toilet partition systems, fiberglass reinforced panels, specialties, fire sprinkler system, plumbing systems, HVAC systems and electrical systems.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
Bidding Documents, including Instructions to Bidders, Form of Agreement, General Requirements, Drawings and Specifications entitled Buildings 16 and 17 Improvements, Grant County Fairgrounds, may be examined after July 16, 2007 at the office of the Architect, and at various construction councils and builder association plan centers, a list of which is available from the office of the Architect, THE DOH ASSOCIATES, PS, 7 N. Prime Bidders may obtain up to two sets of Bidding Documents from the Architect's office; a deposit of $100 being required per set. Fire protection, mechanical, and electrical sub-bidders may obtain one set, upon making a $100 deposit. Other sub-bidders and suppliers may purchase sets or parts of sets, and prime bidders additional sets, by paying the cost of reproduction.
FORFEITURE OF DEPOSITS
Potential prime bidders who do not submit bona fide prime bids and do not return their Bidding Documents at least 36 hours prior to time set for bid opening will forfeit the full amount of their deposits.
All Drawings and Specifications, and copies of same, remain the Architect's property and must be returned. Except as stipulated above, deposits will be refunded upon return of the Documents in clean, unmarked, undamaged condition not more than 7 days (168 hours) after bids are received. Cost of repair or replacement of unclean, marked or damaged documents will be deducted from deposit before it is refunded.
BID OPENING
Bids will be opened and read publicly (aloud) by the Owner immediately following the hour as set above.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Warden School District 146-161 Board of Directors will hold a budget hearing on the proposed 2007-08 school district budget. The hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Warden School District Board of Directors scheduled for Thursday, July 26th, 2007 at 7:00 PM in the high school library. The hearing is open to the public and any person may appear at the meeting to be heard for or against the budget or any part thereof. The completed budget is on file at the district administration office and a copy will be furnished to any person requesting one.

Notice of Application
and Public Hearing
Professional Design Services, Inc., on behalf of CLC Restaurants, Inc., applied for a Site Plan Review on June 28, 2007. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on July 16, 2007. The proposal is to construct a 2400 square foot building for a fast food restaurant, in the (C-2) General Commercial zone. The site is located at 2401 Maiers Road; on property described as Desertpoint Major Plat, Lot 1, Block 1, Parcel F, of the Commercial Binding Site Plan First Amendment. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the following Development Regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code 18.35.
The Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on August 16, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 S. Balsam Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comment. Written comments on this proposal, from the public, will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on August 16, 2007. Submit written comments by mail to City of Moses Lake, Community Development Department, P.O. Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837, refer to project name, and include your name and address.
Anyone who wants to be informed of future actions or the final decision on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner. The final decision on this proposal will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completeness and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in Moses Lake Municipal Code Chapter 20.11, Appeals. NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID FOR Bridge #425 - Crescent Bar Rd. NW, CRP 05-03, will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, August 7, 2007 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted.
